Which package is right for me?+

Interior and exterior are priced separately, each in two levels. Quick Interior ($119+) is regular interior maintenance; Complete Interior ($199+) adds deep stain extraction, steam sanitization, and leather conditioning. Quick Exterior ($79+) is a full foam-and-hand wash with wheels and trim; Complete Exterior ($159+) adds a protective wax / ceramic spray sealant and undercarriage rinse. Most clients pair Complete Interior + Quick Exterior for a full inside-and-out detail.

How often should I get my vehicle detailed?+

Most of our recurring clients book every 4–6 weeks for interior upkeep, with a full detail every 2–3 months. Staying on a schedule keeps your vehicle consistently maintained instead of waiting until it feels overdue.

What's the difference between Quick and Complete?+

Quick is maintenance-level — Quick Interior keeps a well-kept cabin fresh, and Quick Exterior is a full hand wash and dress. Complete goes deeper: Complete Interior adds deep extraction, steam, and leather care; Complete Exterior adds a protective sealant and undercarriage rinse. Think of Quick as upkeep and Complete as recovery.

Do you come to my home or condo?+

Yes — we're fully mobile. We come to your home, condo parking, office, or any location across the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Burlington, Markham, Richmond Hill, and surrounding cities.

Can you detail in underground condo parking?+

In most cases, yes. We need access to the parking area and enough clearance for our equipment. If you're unsure, let us know your building and we'll confirm before booking.

How long does a detail take?+

Quick Interior and Quick Exterior each take about 1.5 hours. Complete Interior runs about 2.5 hours and Complete Exterior about 3 hours. A full interior-and-exterior pairing is typically a half-day, depending on vehicle size and condition.

What if it rains on my appointment day?+

We monitor weather closely. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge. For covered locations like garages or carports, we can proceed in light rain.

What forms of payment do you accept?+

We accept cash, e-Transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. Complete Interior and Complete Exterior require a $50 deposit at checkout — applied to your total and refundable up to 48 hours before. Quick services book with no deposit.

Do you offer recurring scheduling or memberships?+

Yes. We offer a monthly membership with two plans — Fresh (a Quick Interior every month) and Signature (monthly interior upkeep plus a quarterly Complete Interior and Complete Exterior protection refresh). Members get priority booking, locked-in pricing, discounted add-ons, no booking deposit, and a multi-vehicle discount. Visit our Membership page for pricing and to join.

What products do you use? Are they safe for all paint types?+

We use professional-grade, pH-balanced products that are safe for all paint types, clear coats, ceramic coatings, and vinyl wraps. We don't use harsh chemicals or automated brushes.

How do I prepare my vehicle before a detail?+

Just remove personal items and valuables. We handle everything else. If you have specific stains or areas of concern, let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?+

Yes — 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with any part of our work, we address it before we leave. No questions, no hassle.

How long does the protective wax / ceramic spray sealant last?+

Our protective wax / ceramic spray sealant (included in Complete Exterior) typically lasts 2–3 months depending on driving conditions and weather. For consistent protection, schedule a Complete Exterior every 2–3 months — or join the Signature membership, which builds that quarterly protection refresh into your plan.

Can you remove smoke or cannabis odor from a vehicle?+

Yes — our Odor Treatment add-on ($40) neutralizes smoke, food, pet, and trapped moisture odors. For heavy odor situations, we may recommend combining it with the steam sanitization included in Complete Interior.
