Which package is right for me?+

Cabin Cleanup ($119+) is for regular interior maintenance. Cabin Revival ($199+) is for interiors that need a deeper reset. Signature Detail ($279+) covers interior and exterior — it's our most popular choice. Showroom Elite ($399+) adds paint correction, ceramic protection, and a premium finish.

How often should I get my vehicle detailed?+

Most of our recurring clients book every 4–6 weeks for interior upkeep, with a full detail every 2–3 months. Staying on a schedule keeps your vehicle consistently maintained instead of waiting until it feels overdue.

What's the difference between Cabin Cleanup and Cabin Revival?+

Cabin Cleanup is a maintenance-level interior detail — great for vehicles that are generally well-kept. Cabin Revival is a deeper reset for interiors with buildup, staining, or months of daily wear. Think of Cleanup as upkeep and Revival as recovery.

Do you come to my home or condo?+

Yes — we're fully mobile. We come to your home, condo parking, office, or any location across the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Burlington, Markham, Richmond Hill, and surrounding cities.

Can you detail in underground condo parking?+

In most cases, yes. We need access to the parking area and enough clearance for our equipment. If you're unsure, let us know your building and we'll confirm before booking.

How long does a detail take?+

Cabin Cleanup takes about 1.5 hours. Cabin Revival about 2.5 hours. Signature Detail runs 3–4 hours. Showroom Elite typically takes 4–6 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.

What if it rains on my appointment day?+

We monitor weather closely. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge. For covered locations like garages or carports, we can proceed in light rain.

What forms of payment do you accept?+

We accept cash, e-Transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. You can pay a deposit online when booking to secure your appointment.

Do you offer recurring scheduling or memberships?+

Yes — many of our clients set up recurring appointments every 4–6 weeks. We also offer a membership program with priority booking and consistent pricing. Ask us for details when you book.

What products do you use? Are they safe for all paint types?+

We use professional-grade, pH-balanced products that are safe for all paint types, clear coats, ceramic coatings, and vinyl wraps. We don't use harsh chemicals or automated brushes.

How do I prepare my vehicle before a detail?+

Just remove personal items and valuables. We handle everything else. If you have specific stains or areas of concern, let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?+

Yes — 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with any part of our work, we address it before we leave. No questions, no hassle.

How long does wax or ceramic protection last?+

High-grade wax protection typically lasts 2–3 months depending on driving conditions and weather. Ceramic sealant (included in Showroom Elite) provides longer-lasting protection, typically 6–12 months.

Can you remove smoke or cannabis odor from a vehicle?+

Yes — our Odor Treatment add-on ($40) neutralizes smoke, food, pet, and trapped moisture odors. For heavy odor situations, we may recommend combining it with steam sanitization in our Showroom Elite package.
